Air-Assisted Airless Paint Sprayer
Our self-contained air-assisted airless sprayer can be used with or without air assist. It is suitable for spraying a wide range of sealers, topcoats, primers, wiping stains, lacquers and enamels. Air-assisted airless combines the hydraulic atomization of airless with the atomization of air spray to provide a finer finish and break up the tailing effect at the edge of the spray pattern while limiting overspray and "bounce back". This results in higher transfer efficiency than either straight airless, air spray or HVLP. Ideal for many fine finishing and coating applications, air assist offers high production levels and a very smooth finish -perfect for wood furniture topcoats, fabricated metal parts and other fine finish applications.
